Dear Friends and Supporters of Bare Boned Theatre,

Bare Boned Theatre -- known for its weekly gay-and-lesbian theatrical soap opera THE VILLE,
now in its third hit season at Andersonville's Mary's Attic -- is mounting its first mainstage
production, THE HECUBAE, at the Raven Theatre, August 6-30, 2009. Our ambitious,
original theatrical work based on Euripides' Hecuba (set in a present-day refugee camp and
featuring a diverse, all-female cast) is a natural evolution of Bare Boned Theatre's mission "to
bring the outsider in."

It is also a huge leap forward in terms of the technical scope of Bare Boned Theatre's work,
and we hope you well help us stretch to meet the artistic challenges we have before us.

GREAT NEWS: A HUGE OPPORTUNITY! Two strong supporters of Bare Boned Theatre have stepped forward with a pledge to
match every dollar we raise between now and July 13, up to $2,500! If we meet the $2,500 mark by July 13, we will literally
double that amount, to $5,000-which will support the technical elements of our first mainstage show.
