Pride abounds in the Ville. Natalie bonds with an autistic child at Isaac Newton Academy, making her problems with conception all the more poignant. Liz and Lainey meet Manny, a helpful neighbor willing to help them shoulder the burden of parenthood. Kent tries to cover Pride on his public access show with some decorum but is foiled by Clark’s and his guest’s lust. Natalie and Frank try IVF again. Lainey and Liz try to forget their problems by taking a relaxing trip to the zoo, but the hurt is still too fresh for Lainey. Alex’s campaign is in full swing at the bar, and is helped along by Bertram’s feeble attempt at a campaign commercial, but a homophobic patron breaks up the festive mood and causes Mark to lash out. Luckily, Alex happens upon Mark and bring him to the only person who can calm him and make him feel like himself: Angeles. |
